0 Hello. I hope I am in the right thread.
While doing the CNC Mod Kit, I unscrewed the retaining rings for the Switches. The Switches fell out. Does it matter the direction of each Switch is UP or DOWN? I know you can put a one position Switch where a two position Switch goes and vice versa.
I would really appreciate any help with this.

14 Technicaly it does not matter , but your programing if you have any needs to be adapted if you swap up/down.
You can just check in which position the switch registers as ON (100) and orient it based on that.
You can swap switches and i did that, but the length of the 2 and 3 position cables is not the same. I had to completely un/resolder new wires to swap my 2 and 3 pos switches on the right side. If you order replacement switch sets, these cables are longer i found out after i already did the work in the stock boxer. I have the max version so may differ per model if cable lengths are ok for a swap without too much efford.

0 Hello, I followed the suggestion of the previous Poster and used a Multimeter to test positive and negative position of the SA & SD Switches....really helped alot! One last question please. Can some tell me the BOXER comes with the 2 position Switches SA & SD, came with the Positive in Top Position and Negative in bottom position? Also, the 3 position switches Top Positive, Bottom Negative?
I am almost there! All help is more than appreciated.
